Abstract
Hospital NU Banyuwangi implements SIMRS produced by one of the vendors in various units, problems with internal reports and hospital external reports are still manual and Johnson baber charts still use Microsoft Excel. This study aims to evaluate SIMRS using the TTF Method to assess the performance of SIMRS and the EUCS Method to assess the satisfaction of SIMRS users at NU Banyuwangi Hospital. The type of research used in this study is descriptive and quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. The results in this study indicate that information system performance is well reviewed from each TTF method variable (Tasck Characteristic, Task Technology, Fit Task Technology, Performance Impact) and there is a relationship between EUCS method variables (Content, Format, Timeliness, Ease of Use) to satisfaction users, while Accuracy variables are not related to user satisfaction. The advice given is planning the SIMRS needs according to the work needs of each SIMRS user so that SIMRS user satisfaction increases including internal report items, hospital external reports report 10 major outpatient and inpatient diseases and Johnson baber graphics creation and need for SIMRS updates to make it easier for users in completing the work and operation of SIMRS for the better.
