Abstract

Anemia is health problems masyrakat that is global of numerous found in various countries. Patients anemia it is estimated that almost two billion or 30 % of popoulasi the world.Iron-deficiency is a major cause anemia around the world.About 500-600 million is suffering from anemia iron-deficiency. Iron-deficiency anemia happens when iron intake into eritroid in the bone marrow are deeply disturbed causing concentration of hemoglobin decline. This led to the cell erythrocytes mikrositosis and hipokromia in progressive ( idris , dkk , 2008)The purpose of this research to see how the influence of prawn in subtitusi with chicken in nuggets terhaap of the nature of quality and ingredients iron and protein. Data analysis using spss v.16 , with analysis comparing treatment between use statistical tests of one-way anova on the levels of trust α = 0.05 . The probe to compare the average chemical analysis and analysis of organoleptik in each sample of whether there are significant differences.If the data berdistribusi normal, followed by duncan to know different real between treatment. ) The result of this research by the experiment the lab fe and protein the more the addition of shrimp the higher the results of fe and protein on each treatment of treatment 100 % to 0 and treatment highest in treatment can ari shrimp 100 % and chicken 0 % menunnjukan the presence of significant. And organoleptik nuggets shrimp subtistusi chicken.Treatment best happened to treatment a4 with formulation 70 % chicken + 30 % shrimp because it has a composition or the womb nutrition fe protein and organoleptik who fulfill its intended purpose
