Abstract

A workshop is a place where a mechanic does his job, providing vehicle repair and maintenance services. Motor vehicle general workshops are general workshops whose function is to repair, repair, and maintain motorized vehicles so that they still meet technical requirements and are roadworthy. Anugerah Jaya Motor Workshop is a small and medium entrepreneurial type business that is engaged in car repair services, More than that, the workshop also conducts the business of selling various kinds of spare parts to complement the needs of replacing damaged vehicle spare parts. One type of workshop that is engaged in car service is the Anugerah Jaya Motor Workshop which is located on Jalan Putri Rengganis, Kembang Village, RT 27 / RW 09. Along with the current development of information technology, Anugerah Jaya Motor Workshop is one type of entrepreneur that manages its data manually. The increasing number of transactions caused Anugerah Jaya Motor Workshop to experience difficulties managing its data. One way to make it easier for workshop owners to manage their data is by creating an information system website that uses the heuristic evaluation method in its implementation with the aim of creating good and fast service so as to make it easier for workshop owners to manage transaction data. From the test results using the heuristic evaluation obtained from respondents filling out the questionnaire, H1, H6, and H8 are second level , which means that the system requires improvement in low priority behavior, and H2, H3, H4, H5, H7, H9, and H10 are first level , which means there is a problem but it does not affect user comfort so that repairs are not really needed.
