Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of giving a mixture of fermented tofu dregs and rice bran in the ration on the weight of lymphoid organs in supervillage chickens. Using 100 super free-range chickens. The experimental design used was Completely Randomized Design and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) if there was a significant difference (P<0.05), it would be continued with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. Substitution of tofu dregs fermentation and rice bran each treatment had different concentrations, P0 (100% wet ration), P1 (90% wet ration + 10% tofu dregs fermentation and 10% rice bran), P2 (85% wet ration + fermented tofu dregs and rice bran 15%), P3 (20% wet ration + tofu dregs fermentation and 20% rice bran). The parameters measured were the relative weight of the bursa fabrisius, the relative weight of the thymus, and the relative weight of the spleen. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that giving a mixture of fermented tofu dregs and rice bran in feed rations on the relative weights of the bursa fabrisius and spleen had no significant effect (P>0.05), but had a very significant effect on the relative weight of the thymus (P<0.05).
