Abstract
Oral translation of spoken words is known as interpreting. Clear speech , clarity, fluency, eye contact and confidence are a few of prerequisites. It also calls for mastery of subject area and proficiency in linguistics, analytical skills, listening and memory skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical behavior. Peer evaluation is a different type of assessment where peers are assessed in teams or individually by analyzing and evaluating the work of other students. To complete this process, two students must work together while listening, communicating, and collaborating. Speaking and interpreting roles are shared by the first and second students respectively. As a speaker and an audience member, both must equally capable of speaking clearly. Finally, a rating column with a score from 0 to 100 and criteria and comments included in the rating sheet.
