Abstract
Moringa (Moringa Oleifera L.) is a tropical plant that is mostly important to be cultivated in West, East, and South Africa, tropical Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, Florida, and the Pacific Islands. Moringa is also known as “The Miracle Tree” because parts of the Moringa Tree (leaves, fruit, seeds, flower, skin, stem, and root) are so beneficial. Since the Moringa is impactful for human health, there are many home industries concerned with it. One of them is CV. Kreatif Marongghi Centre Community that has been pioneered since 2016 as the beginner local business which is located in Kesilir Village, Wuluhan Sub-district, Jember Regency, East Java. This home industry has launched a Moringa-based product named "Kelir" (Kelor Dari Desa Kesilir). It produces "Kelir" in the form of Moringa leaf powder and Moringa tea bags. By the potentials owned, CV. Kreatif Marongghi Centre Community was having great enhancement until 2019. Then, the Covid-19 pandemic started in Indonesia. It made the home industry had through a degrading phase in marketing its products. The social media accounts owned weren't active anymore due to the diminishing of human resources. However, the owner needs promotional media to promote all products from this home industry. To help the obstacles faced by CV. Kreatif Marongghi Centre Community, the writer made a promotional video that could be used as promotional media to introduce its products to the public. The promotional video is entitled “The Miraculous Moringa of Kesilir”, a bilingual promotional video of CV. Kreatif Marongghi Centre Community that uses English and Bahasa Indonesia as the subtitle. The duration of the video is 6 minutes 39 seconds length with the size 484 mb. The promotional video consists opening sequence that shows natural footage and short explanation of CV. Kreatif Marongghi Centre Community that lasts around 2 minutes. Continued by the body sequence that shows the making process of Kelir products and information about the nutritional values that are consisted inside the products. This sequence lasts for around 3 minutes. Coming to the end, the closing sequence that lasts around 1 minute shows the of products information, contact person and social medias of CV. Kreatif Marongghi Centre Community. The promotional video presents the information of CV. Kreatif Marongghi Centre Community briefly, concisely, and clearly. The promotional video uses English audio that is subtitled in Bahasa Indonesia, so that the promotional video is easier to understand by both local and foreign viewers. In addition, this promotional video is free from copyright issues because the footage and music background used are obtained from the legal website. This promotional video also presents several animations that can attract the viewers until the end of video. In conducting this final project, the writer learned a lot of meaningful lessons. The writer could practice her writing and speaking skills, such as, wrote her final report and practiced as the dubber of the video that obligates her to try more and more until it was appropriate. Another lesson learned was about Moringa Oleifera L. either from theories of experts or explanation by the owner as CV. Kreatif Marongghi Centre Community.
