Abstract

SMK Walisongo Rambipuji which is currently using the Paper-Based Test (PBT), is currently also using the Computer-Based Test (CBT) system for several kinds of exams that have been carried out. The results of observations from SMK Walisongo Rambipuji found that in the implementation of CBT there were still technical problems such as how to use the application for students, unstable networks, pictures of questions that did not appear in the browser, and others. Based on this problem, our research aims to evaluate the quality of the Beesmart application at SMK Walisongo Rambipuji by distributing an instrument for testing using an evaluation sheet in the form of a questionnaire with the Post Study Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) approach as the basis for obtaining an assessment of user perceptions. The data from the questionnaire will be analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to determine the quality of the Beesmart application based on the user's perspective. Based on the gap analysis table, most of the attributes are negative. These results indicate that the CBT system of SMK Walisongo Rambipuji has not met user expectations because the average result of the analysis of the gap between interest and performance is -0.60 or less than zero, so recommendations for improvement are made to optimize the application.
