Abstract
Internship (ICM) Industry Work done at PT. Nusantara Plantation XII (Persero) farm Kendeng Ciujung Ox Glenmore Banyuwangi Regency was held on 10 March until 31 May 2014. Industrial employment of apprentice implementation in PT. Nusantara Plantation XII (Persero) farm Kendeng Ciujung Oxen performed at cocoa processing plant. The title is discussed about the ICM Process cocoa production At Cocoa processing plant In PT Nusantara Plantation XII (Persero) farm Kendeng Ciujung Ox and aims to find out how the process of processing and handling quality of cocoa (Bean Count) as the main ingredient in cocoa products PT Nusantara Plantation XII (Persero) farm Kendeng Ciujung Ox.
