Abstract
Industry Internship (MKI) is done in PT. Istana Cipta Sembada in Banyuwangi regency which was held on 9 March to 24 May 2014. Implementation of industrial internship at PT. Istana Cipta Sembada in Banyuwangi regency performed in several departments including packaging department, production department and added value product octopus. MKI topic which discussed in this report is the Production Process Of Export Quality Prima Octopus Cut Boiled In PT. Istana Cipta Sembada in Banyuwangi Regency and aims to determine how the production process with a brand of frozen octopus Octopus Prime Cut Boiled in PT. Istana Cipta Sembada in Banyuwangi regency. Cut Boiled Octopus is frozen octopus products made of octopus legs and heads were boiled and cut to standard size companies then frozen and packed in airtight containers.
