Abstract

Budgetary and administrative information system is one system that is quite important, which is mostly done in the system processes is vital for the survival of the most influential companies. Based on the results of the analysis and the survey that was conducted in PT. BANK MANDIRI (Persero) Tbk. MBC Cluster Jember, budget data processing systems that exist in the office of PT. BANK MANDIRI (Persero) Tbk. MBC Cluster Jember until now is still handled semi-computerized, thus often leading to slowness of information about the budgets are still available and also slow in making the transaction report. The process is less rapidly becoming one of the obstacles in carrying out the work, then the storage of the data is still stored in flasdisk become one of the concerns admin in processing data as the data that has been stored can be lost, formatted or lost flasdisk used. In addition, data security is also a concern to maintain the confidentiality of data admin data. For that is needed here is an alternative to using the software or can be referred to the program processing of the application software on general and administrative budget. The software to be built is a software that can provide information about the transaction data in general and administrative budget, the budget amount and can be used to speed up the reporting process transaction data in general and administrative budget of the company.
