Abstract

LPP RRI Jember is radio station who owned by Indonesian government. Located in Letjen. Panjaitan Street No. 61 Jember. In there, personalia letter disposition process still use manual method is using memo or paper to take disposition and sent using human intermediaries. That way cause disposition letter process to be slower and error prone because illegible writing or stacking letter should be disposition. So that be required a application to take over it. Methode in use to build the application use method linear sequential presented by Roger S. Pressman (2002). In this method consists of four stages is System Requirement, System Design, Coding, dan Testing. System requirements is gathering informasi what needed to build application. System design is devise system process from start to end. Coding is writing language program to build web and android. To build web application using PHP language and android application using JAVA language. Testing is test or run application. This application running by using mobile android platform Application Letter Disposition Based on Android PDF replace the role paper and pen in disposition process, so disposition proses can be faster and easier. Letter should be disposition in PDF format and send through the internet or Wi-Fi. This application run using mobile android platform.
