Abstract

Bread production planning forecasting system is a software system to determine the amount of bread to be produced at Fatimah Bakery by using web-based and Triple Expoenential smoothing method. Forecasting results show a difference that is not much different from reality. ie a minimum difference between 3-5. The calculation of the error value used is the mean absolute deviation and the mean absolute perctangle error. Forecasting results tested on users produce a percentage of 91.43% using user acceptance testing. Keyword: forecasting, triple exponential smoothing, bread, fatimah
