Abstract

Maharani store is wholesale and retail stores that sell groceries and basic needs everyday. Maharani store is located at the eastern end of Jember precisely in the Village District of Ledokombo source Dimples. This store is one of the loyal customers of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, which has many uses products from Telkom. Among them are Telkom Speedy, Telkom Vision, Telkomsel and Applications Bostoko. At this time the Maharani store still make bill payments directly Telkom Speedy Telkom Jember Plaza located quite far away which is about 25 kilo meters. And the difficulty of purchasing tokens electrical pulses by the community due to lack of agent Ledokombo PPOB (Payment Point Online Bank) in District Ledokombo. Therefore, shops Maharani see this as a potential problem PPOB business. That requires a complex PPOB application program to address these problems. One application is a program of Telkom Delima Point, which is a services-based Payment Point Online Bank web that can serve micropayment transactions that are connected directly to the billing provider (Operator Telecommunication, Electrical, taps and Tickets) basis. Delima Point is a product of PT. Finnet Indonesia, which is part of the Telkom Group companies that are experienced in handling Payment Gateway. With the product's services are expected to be able to do business Maharani Shop PPOB easily.
