Abstract
Musthofa Timor, Department of Information Technology Polytechnic of Jember, October 28, 2013. Office Wifi Network draft PLN Kalisat Jember. Commission Field Supervisor: Nurul Zainal Fanani, S.ST, MT. PLN is a company engaged in electricity in Indonesia. In each area there are branches of the PLN office, one of which PLN UPJ Kalisat Jember at a time before writing the students of Polytechnic of Jember Department of Information Technology, Computer Engineering courses implementing class of 2010 Field Work Practice (PKL). Computer network system to connect the laptop to the office network PLN UPJ Kalisat Jember still melakukana LAN network to print the data, so employees who work PLN UPJ Kalisat using laptop was less efficient when going to print the data. They must use a LAN network or by copying the data to the flash so you can print through the printer and computer are available already in the share Under these conditions it is necessary as a WIFI network facilities PLN UPJ office employee Kalisat Jember that use the laptop for work. WIFI network will be used by the employee to perform the data printed on a printer that has been shared. With the WIFI network is expected to make it easier for employees to process the data printed at the office of PLN UPJ Kalisat Jember.
