Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make an electric tricycle that will become a mobility tool for the disabled. SWOT analysis is going to be a method done on this research by data retrieval through a questionnaire. The study combines management elements to analyze engineering products, particularly automotive machinery. Research was carried out at jember country polytechnic in February 2019-august 2019. This study focuses on the respondent's reaction to the product of the tricycle and then the respondent goes to fill out the questionnaire. The result of this study is that responders assessed an average product with 68.3 (78.77.73)(62.63)(62)(63) SWOT analysis shows that an electric bicycle product of 3 wheels is going to be much more developed if uses the SO strategy discussed in this essay, even though the product is still fundamentally flawed.
