Abstract
HHO generator is a device created to produce HHO gas by using a water electrolysis process system with a trigger energy reaction in the form of electrical energy, and the produced HHO gas is used to clean the carbon crust attached to the combustion chamber by inserting it through the intake manifold on a motorcycle 4 step. This tool was created with a very practical and simple design so it is easy to use and is expected to be able to clean the carbon crust in the vehicle's combustion chamber. The main components of this tool are HHO generator with dry cell type, DC electric current, and mixed electrolyte liquid between Aquades and KOH. The HHO generator used is a dry cell type generator with 1 liter electrolyte capacity, using 7 plate aluminum electrodes with a size of 20x18x0.2 cm, arranging the plates in succession ie +, N, -, N, +, N, -, and electrolytes used is a mixture of distilled water and KOH with a ratio of 90% aquades: 10% KOH. In this HHO generator there are several indicators that function to see the current, voltage, temperature, and discharge of HHO gas produced. Steps to operate this tool is to fill the electrolyte mixture between Aquades and KOH in the HHO generator tank, then connect the HHO gas output hose from the generator to the vehicle intake manifold, then turn on the generator by connecting the HHO generator cable to the 220V AC current source and pressing the button on the HHO generator then the last step is to turn on the vehicle at idle condition.
