Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inputs (availability of raw materials, machine working hours and labor) on the amount of production produced by the company, the level of elasticity of inputs and the dominant factors that affect the amount of production in the company in the 2018-2020 period. This type of research is to analyze the problem of the influence of factors at PT Indo Lautan Makmur, Sidoarjo Regency. Data obtained by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Cobb Douglass production function approach with multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of the input effect on the output. The amount of input elasticity of raw materials and machine working hours is inelastic, while the elasticity of labor input is elastic. The elasticity of raw materials to the production of surimi is 0.439, the elasticity of machine working hours is 0.278 and the elasticity of labor is 1.822. In this study, the results of the double-cobb test showed that raw materials, machine working hours and labor were the dominant variables that affected the amount of surimi production. at PT Indo Lautan Makmur, Sidoarjo Regency.
