Abstract

Induction of microtubers potato is a miniature from planting conventionally on land. The purpose of this research is expedite the growth the micro potatoes with mannitol and salicylic acid treatment .Mannitol as osmoregulator used in this research to give the effect of osmotic and Stress on planlet and salicylic acid used for SGC (Subtance Growing Control) and prevent dead of plantlet from mannitol Stress effect .This study using the RAL consisting of two factor, first is concentration mannitol 1 , 3 , 5 g / 100ml and the second is concentration salicylic acid 35, 40 , 45 ppm .Of those two factors obtained 9 combination treatment , any combination repeated five times and there were 45 experiment bottles culture .The data collected will be analyzed statistically significant at the F and in the continued use of the Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) and use standard error 5% .The research showed that the combination treatment mannitol and salicylic acid not had have real impact in all Parameters Key words : Potato, Mannitol, Salicylic Acid, Osmoregulator,Microtuber
