Abstract

Village development is one of the government programs in an effort to empower villages. Determining village development priorities, development must comply with the criteria specified in the Village Law. This is done so that village development is more equitable and on target. Based on information from village officials in Mumbulsari Village, said that in practice there are still difficulties in determining village development priorities. This is because during the Village Development Plan Meeting (MUSDES RKP Desa) there are often proposals for new development activities, while development activities have been determined during the Village Medium Term Development Plan Village Deliberation (MUSDES RPJMDesa) which is ratified by Village Regulation (PERDES). Therefore, the Village RKP MUSDES in accordance with Law No. 6 of 2014 that village development projects must be adjusted to the Village RPJMD PERDES, unless there are very urgent activities so that there are new proposals and amend the Village RPJMD PERDES in accordance with existing regulations. Referring to the background above, it is to assist the village government in determining development priorities that will be carried out in each hamlet, based on existing data. A recommendation system for determining village development priorities is needed using the Promethee method. To assist the village government in determining priorities with more targeted and more equitable results.
