Abstract

Diabetes is one of the deadliest diseases in the world. Reports from WHO regarding the population of people with diabetes in various world, in 2000 Indonesia was in the number 4th position as the country with the number of people with diabetes with a figure of 8,4 million people. One of the factors that increase the number of people with diabetes is an unhealthy lifestyle. Patients who have been treates at the hospital must have been accompanied by a nutritionist to determine a healthy diet. However, if the patient is no longer being treated in the hospital of the patient is self-treating at home, they must maintain and regulate their own diet. This system will be developed using the ELECTRE method or Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite. The result of the study show results or value that almost close to the manual calculations. This can be seen from the results of the recommended menu on the system. The number of calories recommended by the system is almost exactly the same and close to the resulting calorie count.
