Abstract

Decision support system is an interactive information system that provides information, modeling, and manipulating data. The system is used to assist HRD in solving problems in recruiting. in recruiting, HRD takes up to 14 days in recruiting, then when doing calculations, HRD requires an online data bank to make it easier for HRD to find data for prospective new employees. In this study, the decision support system uses the Simple Additive Weighting method to assist HRD in recruiting and assessing prospective new employees at Grand City Mall Surabaya. The results of this study obtained a system accuracy level of 82% using 23 test data with 19 correct test data according to the HRD manual assessment.
