Abstract

Covid-19 is a national disaster that has become a frightening specter for the economic development of a country. To overcome this disaster, the central government provided BLT DD to all villages in Indonesia, one of which was Langkap Village. In the process of determining BLT, Langkap village had difficulty determining whether or not the residents were eligible to receive BLT. The difficulty of the BLT selection process is due to the large number of data and criteria selected, this makes the selection process done subjectively. For this reason, this research was conducted to help overcome these problems. So it is necessary to make a Decision Support System for Determining BLT DD Using the Multi Objective Optimization Method On The Basis Analysis. The final result obtained is that the Decision Support System for BLT DD Determination Using the Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Analysis method has the ability to recommend BLT DD recipients according to the desired criteria. Based on the results of the analysis of the accuracy test using the confusion matrix, the system accuracy level of 95.40% is obtained.
