Abstract
The coffee agroindustry seeks to integrate a supply chain from farmers (upstream) to consumers (downstream). Robusta coffee agroindustry people in Jember have started to build a good and connected coffee supply chain. The purpose of this quantitative descriptive research is to trace the supply chain of local Jember robusta coffee from the Sukma Elang farmer group in Jelbuk District, Bedhag Kopi Roastery, cafes, and souvenir center that are partners to consumers. From this robust coffee supply chain, its performance was analyzed using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method to determine 18 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and assessed by weighting the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results showed that overall performance in this robust coffee supply chain is 60,184 with details of each of the 5 performance dimensions: Plan (68,976), Source (54,384), Make (58,744), Deliver (63,972), and Return (59,967). From this value, the performance of the local robusta coffee supply chain at Bedhag Kopi Roastery is in the Average category. Keyword: Supply Chain, Robusta Coffee, SCOR, KPI, AHP
