Abstract

The implementation of regional autonomy needs very serious attention, because it assesses the development of financial performance every year. This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Regional Revenue Service in Malang City seen from the ratio of the Budget Realization Report (LRA) and Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in 2017-2019. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using 3 (three) types of ratio measurements, namely the independence ratio, effectiveness ratio, and efficiency ratio. The benefits of this research are to determine the development and increase Regional Original Income in Malang City in 2017-2019. The results of the Financial Performance Analysis in the Malang Mayor's Regional Government, every year from 2017-2019 experienced very good conditions. The independence ratio in 2017-2019 is said to be very independent and obtains the results of a delegative relationship pattern. The effectiveness ratio in 2017-2019 experienced ups and downs. The efficiency ratio from 2017-2019 obtained efficient results in managing its financial performance.
