Abstract

FILING ROOM DESIGN BASED ON ERGONOMIC SCIENCE WITH ANALYTICAL METHOD IN WIJAYA KUSUMA HOSPITAL LUMAJANG, Rahmatil Maula, Nim G41120932, Years 2018, Medical Record, Politeknik Negeri Jember, Gamasiano Alfiansyah, S.KM., M.kes (Pembimbing I) dan Atma Deharja, S.KM.,M.Kes (Pembimbing II) Rahmatil Maula Program Studi Rekam Medik Jurusan Kesehatan ABSTRACT The research design is a filing room based on ergonomics carried out at the Wijaya Kusuma Lumajang Hospital on Jalan A. Yani No.149 Lumajang, East Java. The research conducted from December 2017 to March 2021 and the Wijaya Kusuma Hospital has a narrow filing space, namely by 15 m2 area is still not up to standard and not ergonomic. The purpose of this study designed a filing room based on ergonomics using analytical methods and using the Sketch-Up application at the Wijaya Kusuma Lumajang Hospital. The resulting output is a filing room design based on ergonomics with analytical methods and uses the Sketch-Up application. Data analysis in this study based on observations, interviews. Then the data is processed in the form of tables, writing, and drawings of the filing room design. Illustration of the filing room design using the SketchUp application. The type of research used is qualitative by using an analytical method design scheme. This study consisted of 3 informants, namely the head of medical records and two medical records officers who also served as filing officers at the Wijaya Kusuma Lumajang Hospital. The space area is 55 m2 which is suitable for a minimum of 20 m2, lighting with a minimum standard of 100 lux, the zone of ventilation which is 15% of the floor area of 8.25 m2, and artificial ventilation assistance such as air conditioning (Air Conditioner), white wall color, additional facilities, and infrastructure. The need for medical record file racks is 12 shelves made of iron for the next five years. Keywords: Design, Filling Room, Ergonomics, Analytical Method
