Abstract
Al Huda Banyuwangi Hospital still implements a hybrid medical record management system by using both paper-based medical records and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). The recording of medical record returns and Medical Record Incompleteness (KLPCM) activities is still carried out using Microsoft Excel, resulting in ineffective and non-real-time data Entry, monitoring, and reporting processes. This study aimed to design and develop a Web-based Medical Record Entry and Medical Record Incompleteness (KLPCM) Information System at Al Huda Banyuwangi Hospital. The system was developed using the Prototype method, which includes user requirements identification, prototype development and validation, system development, testing, validation, and implementation. The system was built using PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL database and was integrated with SIMRS Khanza. The results showed that the system provides role-based login, patient visit data integration, medical record Entry, KLPCM analysis, monitoring of incomplete records and record returns, automatic report recapitulation, Excel export, and master data management features. Black box testing results indicated that all system functions operated properly and met user requirements. Therefore, the system is feasible to be implemented at Al Huda Banyuwangi Hospital.
