Abstract

Daily activities cannot be separated from various services and goodscreated by UMKM players (Haryati & Hidayah, 2018). The name UMKM doeshave an acronym for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) (Haryati &Hidayah, 2018), this UMKM Dewi Sri Aksesoris, which makes its business ofmaking accessories for daily needs. Products whose accessories are sold arebracelets, short sleeve reglan shirts, long sleeve reglan shirts and cross shirts.During production, there is often an inaccuracy in determining the amount of rawmaterial production. Accuracy, reporting and data retrieval is slow.Determination of the amount or prediction of production which is often incorrecton average, namely 32.5%. The remaining 20% of production is wasted, inrecording, planning, reporting or searching data manually. The accuracy incalculating the material is 45% imprecise. Based on the above problems, it isnecessary to develop this information system using Bill Of Materials (BOM) andusing Linear Regression to predict the number of products. In the observations,the coefficient of determination was 0.37. With a comparison of F ratio = 7.09> Ftest = 4.75, while t-(test a) = 1.71 and t-(test b) = 2.08, also the level of accuracyis 43.57% better than non regression.-linear. Linear regression is slightly longerthan the non-linear method.
