Abstract
The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged various government institutions to utilize web-based systems to improve the efficiency of data management and administrative services. As the use of these systems continues to increase, it is essential to ensure that all features function according to user requirements. However, during system operation, several issues may arise, such as malfunctioning features, system errors, and application changes that can affect website performance. Therefore, a systematic testing process is required to ensure the quality and reliability of the system. This study aims to implement an automation testing method on the Employee Management Website of Kauman Village using Katalon Studio by following the stages of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). The testing process is conducted automatically to verify the main functionalities of the system and identify potential defects within the application. The results indicate that the implementation of automation testing improves the effectiveness of the testing process, accelerates bug detection, and provides insights into the functional quality of the website. Furthermore, this method can support the development of a more reliable, stable, and efficient system in managing employee administration at Kauman Village.
