Abstract

SMK PGRI 1 Pasuruan is one of the SMK in Pasuruan Regency. The selection of outstanding teachers is constrained by the potential and values possessed by one teacher to another as well and have met the criteria that have been set. The purpose of this study was to build a decision support system for selecting outstanding teachers at SMK PGRI 1 Pasuruan using the website-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The data used in this study are teacher data, criteria and weight data, as well as assessment data for each teacher obtained based on the results of interviews and observations with the principal at SMK PGRI 1 Pasuruan. The results of this study are in the form of ranking the order of the highest alternative value to the lowest alternative that can be used by the principal as a reference to determine the right outstanding teacher to be sent to the Regency / City.
