Abstract
Macro Coffee Roastery is a roasting house located on Mastrip Timur Street No. 110 B Jember Regency which produces several types of coffee, one of which is Robusta Jember Sidomulyo which is the most popular type of coffee in Macro Coffee Roastery. This study aims to determinequantity of raw material for Robusta Jember Sidomulyo the most optimalin one purchase, quantity of raw material safety stock, the right time to reorder, and the most optimal amount of inventory costs issued. This study uses the EOQ method, to determine the amount of safety stock using an analytical tool, namely SS (Safety Stock), to determine the time of reordering using an analytical tool, namely ROP (Reorder Point), and to calculate the total cost of raw material inventory using TC (Total Cost).). From the analysis of raw material inventory control of Robusta Jember Sidomulyo with the EOQ method, the optimal number of orders is 94 kg per order made 4 times in 1 year with a period of once every 75 days. The amount of safety stock is 4,1 kg and the inventory reaches 6,7 kg must be reordered. The total cost of inventory with the EOQ method can further minimize costs, which is Rp.13.822.081 compared to the company's method of Rp. 14.072.276.
