Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the value chain of oyster mushroom processed products into mushroom broth, calculate and analyze the total cost, revenue, and income at UD Mitra Jamur Jember and determine the added value of processed oyster mushrooms at UD Mitra Jamur Jember. This research uses descriptive quantitative by using value chain analysis techniques, business costs, value added analysis. Value chain activities involve oyster mushroom farmers as suppliers, UD. Mitra Jamur Jember as a processing industry, and agents / resellers as distributors. The price of oyster mushrooms used to make mushroom broth is IDR 11,000 / kg. The total fixed costs incurred by the company are IDR 361,338 / month and the total variable costs are IDR 6,701,000 / month. UD Mitra Jamur Jember received an income of IDR 9,600,000 / month so that the total income was IDR 2,537,662 / month or IDR 30,451,944 / year.
