Abstract
The medical records at the TB clinic at the Balung Regional Hospital still use manual medical records so that there are still numbers of incomplete medical record files. Besides that, according to the 2012 version of the accreditation standard uses conventional-based medical records not in accordance with these standards. The use of conventional medical records also does not support the service process patient. In the system development process, this research uses the development method prototype model system. The method begins with collecting and analyzing user needs, create a prototype (tuberculosis clinical electronic medical record), customize the prototype to the user's wishes, followed by creating a system based on the prototype that has been made, testing the system, then the finished system is adjusted back to the user's wishes. Output generated from This research is the electronic medical record of the Tuberculosis clinic at the Balung Regional Hospital. Benefit from This research is to improve the quality of service in the tuberculosis clinic in the Balung area hospital.
