Abstract

The development of information technology in the healthcare sector encourages the utilization of digital applications to improve service quality, one of which is the SISTER ILP (Primary Care Integration) application used to support the record ing, screening, and monitoring of public health digitally at primary healthcare facilities. However, several issues still occur, such as slow system performance, frequent errors, and user interface changes that confuse users, indicating the need for comprehensive system testing to ensure application quality and reliability. This study aims to implement automation testing on the web-based SISTER ILP application using Katalon Studio to automatically test system functionality by following the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). The results show that automation testing is able to detect system errors effectively and efficiently, as well as provide an overview of the application's functional quality, thereby improving system stability and minimizing errors that may disrupt healthcare services. Therefore, this method can be a solution to enhance the quality, reliability, and performance of the SISTER ILP application in supporting digital-based healthcare services.
