Abstract

The electrical system of the electric motor-driven tractor converted from a diesel engine was able to operate properly, stably, and reliably during operational testing. The electrical system, consisting of a 72-Volt Lithium-Ion battery, a BLDC controller, a 5000-Watt BLDC motor, and supporting components, was capable of distributing power steadily without experiencing extreme fluctuations. The test results showed that the operating voltage and current remained stable, the temperatures of all components stayed within safe operating limits, and the battery capacity decreased gradually without affecting system performance. Therefore, the implemented electrical system can be considered feasible, safe, and reliable for supporting the operation of the electric tractor under the specified testing conditions.
