Abstract
Lumajang city is known as the city of crime. Why is it called the city of crime because there are many criminal incidents that often occur including theft, cheating, stealing, gambling, etc. One of the crimes that often disturbs the Lumajang community. Of course, this is very disturbing to the community. Curas is synonymous with violent activities, individual or group threats to harm, seize other people's property. Therefore, the solution to this problem is to design a system for Mapping Areas Prone to Violent Theft (Begal) in Lumajang Regency which aims to determine the location of areas prone to violent theft (Begal) and their level of vulnerability. To assist the analysis process using the waterfall method and for mapping using GIS software. The method used is the K-Means Clustering method where grouping is carried out to determine the level of vulnerability of an area. The grouping is taken based on the density of the crime scene from the crime that occurred, so that the resulting output is expected to make it easier for users to distinguish the level of vulnerability between one area and another.
