Abstract
Internship Empowerment (MKP) Shrimp Hatchery conducted at PT. President Benur which is located in the Village District of Kendit Klatakan Situbondo, East Java. The timing of the activities carried out Internship Empowerment on April 1, 2016 to June 30, 2016. Title (MKP) that is discussed is the issue of the process of production and postproduction of shrimp vaname with a primary focus on postproduction activities, namely harvesting and delivery fry with interviews, observation and their problem analysis and testing of packaging fry. Empowerment Internship activity results from the title that has been taken is the quality of ice affect the stability of the water temperature in the packaging bag and activated carbon dust as the cause of death of fries in a bag packaging.
