Abstract
This study was aimed to reveal the effect of experience , work discipline and workplace on the productivity of breeders of laying hens in District Gumukmas , Jember. In this study revealed the influence of factors of experience, work discipline and the workplace either simultaneously or partially, as well as the factors that significantly affect the productivity of farmers in the district Gumukmas, Jember. This study used 18 respondents breeder laying hens in District Gumukmas, Jember. Based on test results using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 can be concluded that 1) Variable experience, work discipline and the overall workplace have a significant effect on the productivity of farmers in the district Gumukmas, Jember 2) Variable of experience significant effect on the productivity of farmers in the district Gumukmas, Jember 3) Variable of work discipline has no significant effect on the productivity of farmers in the district Gumukmas, Jember 4) Variable of workplace significantly influence productivity of farmers in the district Gumukmas, Jember.
