Abstract

This report presented all of activities during internship program in Culture and Tourism Department of Probolinggo Regency. It was one of departments in Probolinggo that was built to help the government in managing the tourism objects in its regency.The location of this office is at Panglima Sudirman Street No.1 Dringu, Probolinggo. The internship program was about 512 hours. During conducting the internship program, there were much knowledge and experiences that have been obtained. In line with this, those knowledge were about how to be an assistant in Culture and Tourism Department. By being an assistant of Promotion and Marketing Sub Division, some activities had been done such as translating booklet, designing promotion media like leaflet,booklet and banner, participating some events like Sadar Wisata and Majapahit Travel Fair. Therefore, those kind of knowledge and experience were only could be gotten by conducting the internship program in Culture and Tourism Department of Probolinggo Regency. Furthermore, the internship program could be the way to face real condition of workplace and learn the other knowledge that cannot be gotten in the college before.
