Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of age, discipline, and work environment sorting section at PTPN X Ajong Gayasan Jember. The population in this study as many as 300 freelance workers. Sampling using the simple random sampling technique by 75 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and through Classical Assumption Test by using SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Results of research conducted regression testing t test showed that the variables that significantly influence the productivity of the labor force of labor discipline, whereas the variables not significant effect on labor productivity and working environment that is age. Regression testing F test showed that age, discipline, and work environment simultaneously significant effect on labor productivity. Variables that most dominant influence on labor productivity is variable work discipline
