Abstract

Activity Field Work Practice (PKL) is conducted at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk located at JL. KH. Samanhudi No. 88 Djetis Sukoharjo, Central Java. The timing of Field Work Practice activities carried out on May 2-June 29, 2016 (517 hours). The title PKL discussed was about the production process at the Department of Garments PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk where the method used is the method of observation and interviews to several people who are experts in the production process at the Department of Garmen. Results of Field Work Practice activities of the titles that have been taken is to understand the production process and any problems that occur in the company. Stages in the Production Process The garment is sample preparation, financing, production planning, Cutting, Sewing, Quality Control End Line, Final Quality Control, and Quality Control Finishing. Problems often occur include: a) the employee is not on time b) low employee motivation, c) the number of employees resigned before the termination of their contract.
