Abstract

The implementation of field practice is housed in the PTPN XII Kalisat Jampit Garden, which is located at Kampung Baru Village, District Sempol, Bondowoso . The timing of the Industrial Internship activities began on 1 March 2016 until May 21, 2016 (512 hours). The implementation standart quality on procces sorting arabika coffe in PTPN XII Kalisat Jampit Garden Bondowoso. where the method used is to use observation and interviews with several people or operators who are considered competent in implementation standart quality on procces sorting arabika coffe. The results of this fiend practice associated with the title taken are: a. Standard quality arabica coffe, b. Processing sorting arabika coffe, c. Procces flow sorting arabica coffe.
