Abstract

This final project is to design a guidebook for Desa Wisata Organik Lombok Kulon Bondowoso entitled “Bondowoso the Land of Organic”. This final project was done based on othe writer`s observation in Desa Wisata Organik Lombok Kulon Bondowoso. Desa Wisata Organik Lombok Kulon Bondowoso As agro tourism in Bondowoso used website as their media promotion in promote their tourism object, but is not running well because not all of the visitor can see directly the information that put in the website. For that reason, the writer made another media promotion (guidebook) for Desa Wisata Organik consisting of picture and information related to the picture. The content of this guidebook is divided into three main parts. The first part is opening, the main information about Desa Wisata Organik Lombok Kulon Bondowoso such as agriculture, fishery, tour package and the last is accommodation, the last part is supporting information such as how to get there, the restaurant, the map etc. the writer used Ardhi concept in making this guidebook. The writer asked the designer to design the layout of the guidebook based on the concept from the writer. This guidebook printed used art paper, and consist of 40 pages. In making this guidebook, the writer can applied the writer skills that the writer got before from English student department such as writing and structure. On the other hand, the writer got new experience in making the guidebook because it was the first time the writer made a guidebook.
