Abstract

Developing a bilingual tourism guidebook entitled “Dancing of Thousands Bamboo”: The Culinary and Traditional Games at Tanoker Ledokombo Jember is my Final project. This product was done based on preliminary study that I conducted in Tanoker. I found that some potential tourism in Tanoker Ledokombo was not promoted as well. This project focused on helping tourist (either domestic or foreign) to get information about Tanoker and Ledokombo and promoting the potential tourism to the tourist. For that reason, I made a tourism guidebook in bilingual language with interesting design, concept, and attractive language. This product would explain detail information about potential tourism either in Tanoker or in Ledokombo. I chose recommended potentials of culinary and traditional games in Tanoker Ledokombo on my part of the product. The chosen Culinary was Green rice, Sate jamur, Mie Telo, Papaya Pudding, Kue Jengkong, Lapis Batik, Apem Takir, Klepon Telo, Onion Chips, Kue Ulat Sutra, Arabic Tea ,Cooking class and Traditional games . I do hope this guidebook could help the tourist know about Culinary and Traditional games in Tanoker Ledokombo and help Tanoker to promote their potentials.
