Abstract

This study aims to determine the production process at the department Jasmine Tea Box UHT (Ultra High Temperature), to test the power pack and box Box Jasmine Tea 300 ml, and identify the problems that affect the strength of the packaging in PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry Tbk. using fishbone diagrams. From the results of activity and observation for 3 months in the field which was conducted in March, April and May can be concluded: (a) Test droptest (single box) showed that packaging Box Jasmine Tea 300 ml still quite strong. Significantly, there is a leak test during a test pack seeped ink only 14 (11.6%) pack the rest is a nice pack that 106 (88.4%). (b) Endurance test packaging obtained that Teh Kotak Jasmine 300ml there are 2 packs a dent in the pile of variants within 7 and 30 days, was caused by the technique during the process of packaging the product, but pack a dent is still safe and strong, evidenced by the absence of a pack seeped current test process leak test is 100% ink pack in still good condition. (c) Issues that affect the resistance of the power pack in terms of the aspect of Man, Raw Materials, Methods, Machines of the fourth aspect pemasalahan that influence or impact directly on the stack that stacks sloping and uneven, the shape of the box is not perfect, flap box open, preparation box when the warehouse, the warehouse conditions, the condition of damaged pallets, box is concave.
