Abstract
Field Work Practice (PKL) determination of the location field practice intentionally (purposive), in PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk Bogasari Flour Mills Surabaya, which was held on March 7, 2016 until June 3, 2016, equivalent to 512 working hours. Implementation PKL in PT. ISM, Tbk Flour Mills Surabaya conducted in sub department Mill. The theme to be reported on PKL is on the Application Management System in PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk Surabaya Bogasari Division (Case Study in Mill CD). The management system is among the reference to the duties, powers and responsibilities, so as to facilitate their consistent implementation as a means of training that emphasizes employees to do what it says on the work instructions and write what is done so that each task performed should be reported in ISO form. Based on the observations that have been made on the employees Mill CD consisting of Assistant Miller and Operator with job description as Screeningman, Rollman, sifterman there is some work instructions are not carried out in accordance with procedures that include checking cleaning machines regularly, checking the moisture of grain fisrt cleaning, purity testing flour, rate addictive and inspection pressure filter. Deviations from the work instruction is caused by several factors : organizational culture, motivation, number of employees, co-workers, equipment facilities and the lack of supervision of the supervisor.
