Abstract
HHO Generator is an energy-producing technology that utilizes pure water as an fuel ingredient. To process the purified water into energy needed an electric current to break down the elements of the compounds contained in the water, a process known as electrolysis process water that occurs in the electrolyzer. The products of HHO generator called brown gas, brown's gas is a gas results from the process of solving the pure water (H2O) by electrolysis . The resulting gas is hydrogen gas and oxygen, with a composition of two hydrogen and one oxygen (HHO). In this study, the hydrogen is used as a engine supplement that is expected to reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emissions on the 4 stroke engine. Based on the data obtained after the testing can be known if HHO can reduce the fuel consumption in PERTAMAX much as 9 ml for 1 minute, while ingredients premium fuel has more wasteful results with results of 14.93 ml / min. For exhaust emission levels of HC on PERTAMAX results are likely to increase with the result 1140.67 ppm, while the highest levels of CO2 emissions generated by the type Premium with the yield at 2.17%
