Abstract

PTPN XII (Persero) Kebun Mumbul Jember is a state-owned enterprise to cultivate the rubber plantations. Problem experienced of company is sometimes can’t process the rubber according the target set. Besides, the company has never been done measurement of productivity, especially rubber smoked sheet production. Therefore, the main problem discussed in this research is to determine the level of productivity in the rubber smoked sheet production in XII (Persero) Kebun Mumbul Jember and also to determine the effort of improved produtivity based on assessment model of OMAX. In this research, measurement of productivity in the production of rubber smoked sheet is done through methods Objective Matrix (OMAX), evaluate the performance of the worst ratio with Traffic Light System. Last, do the proposed improvement with ishikawa diagram. From the result of this study, the period of measurement in 2010 with a productivity indekx value 154,33% which is the highest productivity index value. While the value of the lowest productivity index occurred in 2014 with the value of the productivity index of (-100,00%). Based on the evaluation results, it can be seen that there is a productivity ratio that is at the level of "bad" are a top priority to be fixed or improved, the ratio is the ratio of 1 that is the ratio of raw material productivity rubber smoked sheet. Repair attempts performed fixing the most performance ratio scored under such standards with ishikawa diagram tools.
