Abstract
Industry internship had been done in Benih Citra Asia Jember Co Ltd that held on March 1th until May 25th, 2016. The Implementation of industrial internship at Benih Citra Asia Jember Co Ltd was performed in several part, that are seed incoming part, seed processing part, seed storage part, seed packaging part, and seed expediting part. The Industry internship theme was learn about management processing of Benih Citra Asia Jember Co Ltd and the purpose was to documentating the aplication of management processing that had been use on the department.
