Abstract
In a competition, Companies must have formidable resources. The resources needed to run the company cannot be seen as a stand-alone piece, but should be seen as a whole formidable form of synergy. This research is conducted at UD. Sri Rejeki Banyuwangi. The number of respondents used as sample is 70 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, analysis of determination, F test and t test. Results shows that (1) labor discipline Variable (X1) significantly influences the employee productivity (Y) on the production at UD. Sri Rejeki Banyuwangi (2) motivation Variable (X2) significantly influences the employee productivity (Y) on the production at UD. Sri Rejeki Banyuwangi (3) labor environment Variable (X3) significantly influences the employee productivity (Y) on the production at UD. Sri Rejeki Banyuwangi (4) The age variable (X4) significantly influences the employee productivity (Y) on the production at UD. Sri Rejeki Banyuwangi (5) F test shows that variables of labor discipline (X1), labor motivation (X2), Labor Environment (X3), and age (X4) simultaneously have significant effect on the employee productivity (Y) on the production at UD. Sri Rejeki Banyuwangi. (6) The most dominant variable in influencing employee productivity (Y) on the production at UD. Sri Rejeki Banyuwangi is age (X4).
