Abstract
bun Glantangan Jember by students from the Polytechnic of Jember D-IV Program Management of Agro-Industry Department of the Management of Agribusiness. Field Work Practice (PKL) that was held on March 1 until May 31, 2016. The purpose of the internship is the students can learn and understand the process of RSS rubber processing, can understand and participate directly in the processing of rubber RSS and able to perform a special task of supervising the given field in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Kebun Glantangan Jember. In the processing of rubber RSS, the first thing to do is penerimaa raw material. Here the raw materials such as rubber latex (latex) which is used as a rubber RSS. Gum imported from five garden such Kalimayang Gardens, Gardens Onjur squirrel, squirrel Kali Gardens, Gardens Wonojati and Gardens Sumberwaringin. Delivery under the contract sent by the Office of the Board of Directors in the form of packaging Big Ball weighting 113 kg and 33.33 kg Small Ball. The results obtained are of freezing, grinding and fogging up the delivery process shows that every stage of the process takes an oversight in accordance with the procedures so that the process of production management can be done with good and proper.
